The Argentinian

Ingredients: Argentinian Spice, Tinned Canaloni or berlotti beans, Tinned Whole or choped tomatoes or 6 large ripe Roma Tomatoes, opt onion and bacon.

• Roughly chop tomatoes 
• If including onion and bacon chop and gently fry in an oven proof dish
• add beans and spice cook for 1 min on low heat.
• add tomatoes heat through then cover and place in a 180 degree oven until tomatoes have reduced (20 - 30 mins)
• serve with garlic bread or sourdough.

The weight of each spice blend does vary depending on the weight of the ingredients, I have had many customers ask how big/much is 20gm etc; so I am currently using volume as a guide - 30, 60 or 150ml. As a rough guide a small (30ml) tin is enough for 1 - 2 meals for 2 people.
