Ingredients: Argentinian Spice, Tinned Canaloni or berlotti beans, Tinned Whole or choped tomatoes or 6 large ripe Roma Tomatoes, opt onion and bacon.
- Roughly chop tomatoes
- If including onion and bacon chop and gently fry in an oven proof dish
- add beans and spice cook for 1 min on low heat.
- add tomatoes heat through then cover and place in a 180 degree oven until tomatoes have reduced (20 - 30 mins)
- serve with garlic bread or sourdough.
