Black Box will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 working days of it being received. In most cases, our blends are made fresh to order hence the longer amount of time needed for the dispatch.​If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

All prices listed below are in GBP Sterling. We deliver to most countries worldwide. For our overseas customers, please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to ensure that their purchase meets customs regulations in their country. Any other charges that may apply (customs duty etc) at point of entry will be the customer’s responsibility. There is no maximum order value.

Please be aware that your order may not be small enough to fit through your letterbox. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept any returns for refunds unless the product is defective and it remains unopened.
